We sell products divided into three categories: X-treme Scooters, X-treme Scooter OEM (Original Equipment Manufactured) Parts, and our own Generic Parts for all scooters at a significant savings. Scooters can be purchased on the X-treme Scooter Models sales page, X-treme Scooter OEM parts listings can be found on the individual OEM parts pages as each model is listed on theX-TREME MODEL PARTS PAGE INDEX, and Generic Scooter parts listings can be found on our own parts pages such as Batteries, Belts, Electrical, Miscellaneous, Motors, Tires and Wheels, Sale Page, and more specific pages found by simply adding the item name to www.scootersupport.com/itemname.htm. X-treme Scooters are shipped from Iowa or Washington using Green Max Distributors. X-treme Scooter Model OEM Parts are shipped primarily from the central warehouse in Iowa or Washington to USA customers only. Note that if we receive an international order for OEM small parts from a foreign customer we will try to order and receive the parts in our warehouse and reship them abroad for the International Shipping fee AND a 25% handling fee billed separately. Any further expenses associated with the order will be passed on to the International Customer. And our Generic Scooter Parts for all scooters are shipped from our own warehouse as quality tested and inspected parts costing much less than OEM parts typically which we can deliver much faster. Generic parts and X-treme Scooters in inventory can be checked on our Availability Page where we list available X-treme Scooter models and color choices with stock levels, plus we list our own delayed to inventory generic parts so you can check before you place your order. [NOTE: OEM parts are not listed on the X-treme OEM parts listings pages since they are not in our own warehouse. OEM Parts on X-treme model parts pages and X-treme Scooter Model orders cannot normally be shipped internationally unless otherwise noted or the part is listed on one of our generic parts pages! Each foreign OEM part order received is taken on a case by case basis and if accepted will require a 25% handling fee, plus the international shipping, billed separately and paid prior to proceding.] In the event a part is ordered that is currently OUT OF STOCK as shown on the AVAILABILITY PAGE with no current ETA the customer can request a full refund within 45 days from the date of order and simply replace the order when the part is available. After 45 days Paypal will charge a nonrefundable fee and the refund will be slightly less as refunded through Paypal to a valid email address. After 90 days if the part is still unavailable or becomes no longer obtainable then a customer In House store credit, less the previously deducted Paypal Fee, can be used by the customer to help purchase any other available product(s) listed for sale. Normal USPS shipping fees are established by the US Postal System and have been changing often. But currently, for example only, the shipping fees charged to the UK, Australia, and Europe start at approximatelly $16.95 for a small flat rate box (8 5/8" x 5 3/8" x 1 5/8". Maximum weight 4 pounds), $47.95 for a medium box (13 5/8" x 11 7/8" x 3 3/8" or 11" x 8 1/2" x 5 1/2". Maximum weight 20 pounds), and $60.95 for a large box(12" x 12" x 5 1/2". Maximum weight 20 pounds). There is no tracking or insurance available for the Small Flat Rate Box. ALL USPS SHIPPING FEES ARE NOW BILLED SEPARATELY FROM YOUR ORDER IN A SEPARATE PAYMENT REQUEST. You can evaluate the shipping cost for yourself by visiting the United States Post Office site where you can calculate shipping to any destination from the United States by various means including flat rate boxes and Priority or Express Mail options. We only ship using flat rate boxes. Here are a few of the options for USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Boxes to CANADA, for example (fees may vary): Small Flat Rate Box - $12.95 (no tracking or insurance), Medium Flat Rate Box - $32.95, and Large Flat Rate Box - $39.95. You will be billed separately for the shipping fee which is not refundable. NEW: Some orders to Canada now may qualify to ship by 1st Class Mail with only a small additional postage and handling cost, however with higher risk of loss assumed fully by the customer! All orders shipped internationally have a risk of not being properly delivered or taking longer for delivery than normal and this risk is assumed totally by the customer at the time of order. Foreign orders normally cannot be tracked and insurance may not pay for loss or fully for loss. If a package is lost all that can be done is to place the order again, if you choose to do so, at additional cost and wait for any possible action provided by government agencies who follow up on claims of Medium and Large flat rate shipments (Small Flat Rate Priority Mail Boxes and 1st Class Mail, if undelivered, are considered lost with no option for recovery or refund - ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK or pay for medium or large flat rate boxes to help insure delivery). There is no guaranty by us that you will receive a refund or the ordered parts once they are assumed lost. However to date very few packages have failed to be delivered using Priority Mail for delivery, and some of those orders have returned due to inability to make delivery. Those can be reshipped once the address is corrected and the shipping fee has been billed and collected again. Any refunds do not include original expended shipping.

You will not be able to pay using a credit card but you can pay by cash from your paypal account where you have previously deposited money using an echeck, or money transfer from your bank account. You must establish a verified account by visiting https://www.paypal.com. Once you make the transfer then email us and let us know that you have sent money.

THE BEST TIME TO PLACE A TELEPHONE ORDER IS MID AFTERNOON, MONDAY - FRIDAY. If your call is answered by the messaging system then you can wait for the beep and state, I WISH TO PLACE A TELEPHONE ORDER. Hang up and if your phone number is recorded as a personal number, not a business number, then you will receive a call back at which time your order will be recorded. Remember, telphone orders are for USA CUSTOMERS for USA DELIVERY. Telephone orders are also subject to verbal errors and misunderstandings in communicating information to us and you must assume ALL liability and expense involved in correcting any errors made by placing an order via telephone or mail order (if you decide to send the information through the mail or email).

THIS IS WHY A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS IS SO IMPORTANT. If you just make something up and then forget or have no access to that email address then refunds can never reach you. If you make a purchase using a credit card and the order cannot be processed for shipment then a refund is submitted back to Paypal according to the email address you provided. You can opt to use those funds for another internet purchase, or to send money to another email address, and even have the money sent to a bank account when you are registered and verified with that email address. The cash will be available, simply and easily to your needs or back to your bank. The alternative is to file a credit card charge back, a long and deliberate process, that will eventually get a credit back to your credit card. It is so much easier to just use a valid email address and allow the funds to be used or refunded to your checking account.
Another reason for using a valid email address is tracking and contact information. We send periodic tracking and report information to your email address to let you know the status of your order. Most customers want to know when an order has been shipped and when to expect it. Email is the only, fastest way to provide this information from us since most orders deliver within 1 to 4 days of receipt, depending on where you are in the USA and what items you may be ordering (for example, scooters in high demand ship in the order they are received and we may ship the same or next business day usually).
Email addresses are easily obtained from Yahoo.com, or for a short period of time from hotmail.com (hotmail addresses expire if unused - they are furnished by Microsoft). You can quickly receive an email address to receive contact and if necessary refunds, credits, etc. that you can reclaim.
NOTE: We do not keep any record of your email other than to satisfy your orders. We do not ever resell your email address to another agency or for reuse in contacting you. Your email addres is always considered very private information and will never be divulged to anyone for any use. It is very necessary for us to make refunds through Paypal, provide partial refunds or credits, or be able to give you necessary information about your order. Use a valid email address for ordering, for collection of refunds, and if you wish please register at the time of your order with Paypal so you will already have a password and an account that you can access. Paypal, owned by Ebay, is very sensitive to all information you provide. You can record bank account information for cash transfers, credit cards to send funds to your account, and much more, safely and securely.
